IE8 Not Supporting CSS Opacity
Oh...i'm tired....
I was in the usual time, designing...playing with CSS...and JS, but for what in the world I was stumped on [b:1dg2zufh]CSS Opacity[/b:1dg2zufh].
I was coding a lightbox of pure CSS, just when I observed that it's working in IE6,7,FF2,Opera,Safari...but not in IE8, (though [b:1dg2zufh]beta[/b:1dg2zufh])
I reach my wits end and went to the internet about any hack,,,
...and sadly, I read this [url=http://ajaxian.com/archives/ie-8-strict-mode-doesnt-allow-for-css-opacity#comments:1dg2zufh]article[/url:1dg2zufh]
...Which summarizes, that IE8 will remove that non-standard [b:1dg2zufh]filter:alpha(opacity="x")[/b:1dg2zufh]....but failed to implement CSS Opacity
